Wondering how we can even have meaningful conversations about this war when every single number has been run through a propaganda filter before being handed off to an army of bloggers for retransmission.

There's an entire industry of people basically reporting on propagandists' consumer-approved versions of reality now, and even worse, many of those people now believe their own lies.

This kind of delusion-fueled hubris is exactly the kindling that destroys empires and we westerners can't get enough of it right now. We seem steadfastly committed to an absolute fantasy outcome while racing towards our own demise.

That's the unfortunate outcome of ingesting too much propaganda.
