Your example is bad because musicians != music and works perfectly when I sub music for "musician":
"Because an iPhone plays music it must have music inside it because it sounds just like music" which is correct.
In what specific way it has music in it is totally irrelevant from your perspective because the answer is true and the music is identical whether its played live on on a speaker

This is a mathematical problem and a physics problem: any two systems which can be modeled using identical math are functionally identical.
